Shipping and Return Policy for SuperSnacks LLC

Shipping Policy

 

  1. Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Methods:
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

  3. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Free shipping is available on orders over $35 for out of Gillette orders. Delivery is currently FREE for Gillette, WY SuperSnackers until a pickup location is an option.

  4. Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

 

Return Policy

 

  1. Returns:
    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return unopened items within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Cannot be returned once product has been opened.

  2. How to Initiate a Return:
    To start a return, please contact us at support@shopsupersnacks.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  4. Exchanges:
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
